About The Initiative

The Student Aid is a humanitarian relief initiative designed to support university students across Jamaica who have been affected by Hurricane Melissa. In partnership with 10Sity Entertainment and Project 2 Project, the initiative provides essential care packages to students whose families and caregivers can no longer offer support due to the hurricane’s impact—particularly those from UWI, UTECH, MICO, and Edna Manley College. Each package contains critical items such as food, water, hygiene supplies, and safety essentials, helping students stabilise their lives and continue their education. The Student Aid aims to reach 500 students through community donations, volunteer involvement, and coordinated on-campus distribution.
